   Roast Scotch Ribs of beef

Yorkshire pudding and pan gravy.

Caramelised apricots, cognac and orange sauce.

 

Grilled fillets of Sole on seared spincah, glazed with mornay sauce. 

 

Medallions of Shropshire venison with brandy & sun dried cranberry sauce.

 

Supreme of corn fed chicken wrapped in panchetta baked with pastry trellis, port wine sauce.

 

Roast loin of new seasons English lamb

Sage and pine nut stuffing boulangere potato
